I have just restored a 1984 200es , complete motor job (done by a reputable person) but it’s got us both stuck. Lots of fire and gas , put on a carb we know work(off another running bike ) and refuses to start . Lots of compression everything it’s timed right tried it 3 different ways and yet still only kicks when it wants . I’ve tried different shut offs and ignightions, coils , Cdi, magnetos, everything and the dam thing wont start a lot of money into it for a nice looking paper weight. If someone has any advise please pass it on Thanks in advance
What do you mean by "it kicks when it wants"?
The odd time you can get a kick out of it but it hasn’t done it in a while now . We’re back working on it tonight again and we can’t get it to do nothing now
Can anyone tell me what kinda fork i can fit into my 84 Honda 200es ? Can I fit the 250sx or 250 big red forks ?
200M but it will require some mods to fit front rack
