Atc 200s is being stubborn. I have done a complete top end rebuild. The compression is reading at 125 psi, the carburetor has been rebuilt and readjusted, I have a beautiful blue spark, the timing is perfect, and the cam chain isn't too tight or too loose. I don't know what else to do.
