Anyone wanna do a group ride in the spring time, maybe do ONF, or hit up the motoplex since they have tracks over in the Madison, FL?
I might be up for late march or april.
Excellent. When I seen Curtis (fla2stroke) over this weekend he mentioned that there is a new place called "MudMuckers" that trikes are allowed at as well. What kind of riding do you normally like to do phil?
I would really like to go back to ONF man! that was such a blast back a few years ago! well... for us... lmao!! any way Curt knows how to still ride there and have a good time. Hopefully the 500 wil be going if not ill get something to ride ive been itching to ride for a bit now.
What kind of riding and areas do you guys prefer?
going to mudmuckers this weekend to check it out.ocala has been a good time lately.no one goes anymore.I feel like I own the place when we go.also a place called 5a is a good spot in volusia/brevard county there is 50,000 acres and free to ride.some hillclimbs there also.we need to set up a ride.I agree with al the ocala rides were the best.
Curtis, let us know how MudMucker's turns out. If the terrain is sport trike friendly, I might be down for that sometime. I'd like to get a track day over at Motoplex sometime too, for sure.
5A is close to where I'm at now.... I might be able to check it out tomorrow if I can get the new shift shaft installed today. I'm definitely up for a ride in the near future for sure!
5A is a go for the AM. I'll let everyone know how it is. There's another place down here called "the componound" but I think it's heavily patrolled by the man...4,000 acre abandoned housing community fromt he 90's. Anyway....more tomorrow.
5A ride report: Well, 5A was more than a little soggy for my ride. I managed to avoid anything over the footpegs deep but it was difficult. I can't really comment on the area much due to being restricted so much by all the ground water. If I had to guess, I'd say skip 5A for any type of planned ride. If someone knows otherwise...chime in!
