I just tried to mount the 1993 KX125 rear master cylinder to the Tecate, and it mounts right up to the Tecate mount. The reservoir hose needs to be made longer so it will bolt up to the stock spot. The reservoir is smaller and won't be hit by your foot while kick starting. The KX125 also has a master cylinder guard you could bolt on there to protect it. Here is some pictures:
