vINTAGE MOTORSPORTS 110r IS DONE PICS !!

well just got her done just in time for mid ohio next week, this is one fun pitbike , seems to drive real good and straight , it has a semi auto clutch with reverse and electric start very user friendly , I wired everything to a factory honda kill switch so all buttons function as they should . snapped a few pics this am . should be fun Mike

Its a combo of alot of bikes , uses a stk crf pitbike frame that was cut in half and i hand machined the front steering neck to set the desired rake and allow tapered roller bearings, uses a stk 86 250r triple clamp , I machined reducer bushings to accept the smaller od forks from a tri moto 225dx , front hub is from a yamaha 200 tri moto , hand built front axle and spacers , fork boots are cut down oem 200x , front fender is a modified atc70 front , front wheel is fromt a newr yamah badger uses a 20x7x8 ohtsu tire from a 200sx in the front . the rear to make it easy i used all extreme typhoon components swinger and axle , also used there rear fenders and seat all plastic was painted using plastic flex add to match 86 250r colors , I recovered seat to oem blue and stenceled atc on the side , has tons of BBR racing trick parts here and there , pro circuit titanium pipe , holeshot rear tires , it runs and drives with no issues and is actually pretty quick , uses a china 110 honda clone engine with a 3 speed semi auto clutch reverse and electric start . I could built these all day but they would be exoensive . and i know my insurance company would not be too happy with me . real fun build

the shock on those typhoons are darn near under the seat. It is there, just tucked away.

thanks, yes I wish i had one of these when i was young also , pretty neat . yes does have a mono shock tucked way up under the seat works very well also . , I built this as a user friendly pitbike , not a racer so power is just fine it moves my ass right around no problem . and reverse is a nice option . its getting packed as we speak for mid ohio , should be fun
