RIP Trace.. Godspeed.
Here's what I would do: Convert the quad back to a trike since you have the parts already, but keep all of the components for the conversion. They are super rare, but I just feel they bastardize the trikes. I rode a converted 85 250R, and its handling was marginal at best. A stock TRX250R felt a lot better.

I say keep the astro kit since you have a 3 wheeled version along with it. Nice collection of toys, now we need to see the pic's of the work horse. Where the pic's of the Pete.

1985 ATC 250R. Team Red Trike
I'd keep it.
Keep it as it is.
If you need the cash, sell it to an enthusiast that will keep it as a quad.
If you dont need a quad sell it to an enthusiast that will keep it as a quad.
If you just want another T3, sell it to an enthusiast that will keep it as a quad, and use the money to buy another T3.
It's too rare to take apart.

I'd say keep it, you got one Tecate on 3 wheels, as long as the other handles good, its always fun to ride something different. You could always convert it back to 3 anytime you felt like it.
the only pic of the pete i got is too big to put on site ill get a diff on one of these days
Dam that I-ROC is super sweet !
Nice find on the tecate's
keep it!!! It's just something no one else has. It'd be in the colection the way it is
nice!! Love z's, more of a 70-72 guy though, yours is sweet nonetheless. I also vote to keep it as is.
