That is a Mikuni TM carb. Yes you can replace the main jet. Try www.sudco.com
The Mikuni TM is my favorite carb, I use them on all of my 2 stroke trikes.

It looks like i bigger carb, like a 38,39 or 40" MIKUNI carb? can you measure it up??
Any numbers on it? anywhere?
