    Few Pictures from this weeks sled trip

    The Old guy managed to snap a few pics of the mountains and sleds when we went up to valemount this weekend...figured i would share

    Its quite the experience to ride up there...we where about 17km's back in the backcountry took about 4-5 hours to get back there, then i blew a piston on mine and had to ride it out on one cylinder pretty tricky and hard to do with 1000 ft straight up climbs in some areas.

    It looks like a blast, Although I only own an Elan(which ill never have to worry about burning down on a cylinder, just foolin) I have had alot of seat time on new and more powerful machines, however not on a mountain sled, simply because there usually is no use around here for them. Just looking at those pictures makes me jelous, I've had the chance to possibly put maybe 10kms on my sled this year. I would love to head to the hills. Great pics and looks like a great place to ride.

    On another note,,,got the sled apart today...Classic case of too many Km's Busted the exaust side from the crown of the piston to the ring glad....Bout time with 10,500 km's...Custom...Bring the OLD girl.....They where mountian machines at one time!!!

    Thats true, Minus the power to do 1000foot near vertical climbs she can go just about anywhere.
