    snowmobile pics

    Just wondering what kind of snowmobile everybody has , post it up and put a pic if you have one. This is my 2002 yamaha viper.

    posty2100: I bet you get some good traction with the 144 studs, I need to put at least another 48 in mine I only have 96

    puggerton03: do you have the 96 vmax xt ?

    dirtbiken: how do you like your 800 storm? my brother just bought and rebuilt a 96, but we lost all the snow before he could break it in

    yep, sure is! we bought the sled from the original owner who had the dealer badge it as a 600 for the sleeper effect. it is in fact a 700, believe me, i verified it before buying it....we just havent gotten around to badging her right, and to be honest, the wife kinda likes it that way for some reason.

    I would leave it that way, just for the sleeper effect, also never seen a windshield like on the 600/700. Those are some sick ski doos , but I am not a fan of the raised handlebars on the mxz800

    thanks again for the kind words....the windshield is a Cobra, but that particular design is discontinued. i didnt like the risers at first glance, but me being kind of a bigger guy at 6' tall, i find the 4 inch rise with the bars im running to be perfect for me, for both sitting and standing.

    its got a comet clutch that's about it 5000rpm engagement, had to do a seal kit, kawi's are know for bad cranks seals.
