Finally acquired all the needed hard parts for the manual clutch conversion. Blasted up all the parts to get them ready for refinishing. I went to work and got the seal I needed for the SL90 tranny shaft conversion as well. 37x20x7 TC style seal.

I really need to get a couple of those seals. I've sort of been putzing around with modding one of my sidecovers and I need to get one of my parts engines apart so I can scam all the bits out of it I need. I've been fitting alot of bits on my trusty old nicholson frame and you guys have been motivating me to get a little more serious with this. Digging bits out of hiding. I work on too many things at one time though. But if I get stuck on one project, I just switch projects.

PAT, I can get you just about ANY spring backed dual lip, seal. I think Jeff went to the same place Just wait until you need a bunch for everything so the shipping isn't a waste!

JEFF - I was just hoping you got those pics. I guess the odd 70 motor I had came with a kick and a pull and a clutch pivot on the front verticle?? It may be a CT7970/90?? IDK - But, I did find the complete 110 motor on my shelf and let me know when to split it. You owe me nothing....... (I thin that F*&^&^%$#@! neighbors Golden RAT took my friggen gloves you gave me!!) I loved those farkers!! I can't find the pricks and I always wore them!! The cylinder should be perfect for you.

    Shortline would know

    Steve-
I will need the cylinder for sure. Also the finned cover that covers the rocker shafts and cam. What size were the gloves?

^ Let me make sure they're gone 1st - They fit PERFECT! I swear I was use to XL and those may have been L, but I need to look around 1st. I gotta look 1st!! Than you though! (You know how we roll by now...) I'll have to get it all in one box for ya (Find that CDI cover).......................I'm so glad they/'ll fit your stuff!! Glad to help a brother out!

You want me to split this thing and everything? It's useless or good for trades to me, thats all. Probably bone stock. I swear I have the intake and carb too................... It may have better gears/forks/drum etc etc, all that stuff though..................? I'm sre I can help

I am,get it apart quick!! I have a crowbar, a 5lb and lots of steel wedges to jam inbetween the cases (I may as well send you those to......) along with the broken critical gasket sealing areas

I found a double output coil the other day. no idea of it's origin though.........

Lately, I haven't even rode much , gotta get with that program.

I also want know if that sled I found nearby based on that model/serial# could make it "ice worthy"..................Otherwise, I just don't need any more crap in the yard.

I found another maybe 1/8 thick rubber flap that says "goes under tank" it has on small slice 1/2" long but no damage to the holes that the plastic pins it goes in............

    It's yours...

    Cool

IDK how I F'd this up but:

Apparenttl this goes under the 110 gas tank (which is what I wrote on the tape)

Anyhow, it has a small slice but all the holes (maybe 3) are perfect and use plastic pins.

Here are the pics, maybe it's available, maybe hard to find? Who knows.............

I'm trying bud! Just tell me when to split it, the crowbar is on stand by Of course I wouldn't do that to you Jeffro!!
