How do I tell the difference between 200m and 200s forks

I bought a set of forks they were supposed to be honda 200m forks but I now think they are from a 200s the bottom of the triple tree is stamped S a carrot sign like this ^ but bigger then 21. I would measure the distance between the shocks but I took them apart to replace the seals before I started having my doubts. The side of the shocks say Showa 958-003. thanks.

the 200m forks are wider, than the s forks, the m runs a 25x12 tire, and the s a 22x11. also one is a leading, and one is a trailing axle, not sure which, but i can check when i get home

I don't have both of them side by side and I know what tire size they run. The 200m is a leading and a 200s is a trailing 99% sure. When it came to me it was set up to be a leading, but someone could easily just turn them around. heres a pic of when they were together from the seller.

Check the microfiche for the 200m and 200s
The 200m shock are different, the brake are on the right on both model, but the 200m axle bolt is in front of the shock tube, the 200s bolt behind the tube
The 200m brake panel is made of steel, the 200s is a molded casting

Looks like M forks to me. Side by side shot of the 200S and 200M here: http://www.3wheelerworld.com/content...Technical-Data
The S is on the left. Both have a "nub" on the inside of the right fork and a bolt hole for the brakes. You couldn't turn them around and keep the nub inside where it belongs.

After searching around for more data on this subject, I decided to make a completely new thread being this one is over 10 yrs old. I'll be in Trikesylvania...
