Hey man-welcome, I've been to Soldotna-I liked it! I was a counselor at higher ground camp nearby. And as far as the three wheelers you're looking at they're cool as far as vintage trikes go but wouldn't be a good main machine-they look like 90's to me so they'd be kinda slow and have no suspension. Look for an x! a 200 or 350, can't go wrong with one of those.

You need to buy them. If no other the reason the tank and tires on the Orange machine are highly sought after. If those tires are nice and hold air, they go for BIG $$$$ on Ebay. I am not for parting 3 wheelers but it would be a great investment.

welcome to the board I also just got my first trike about a year ago 1987 200x.(i have some experience on 250r's,thats why i went with an x not killer fast but not grandma slow) My dad "I will not buy you one of them things, what you need is a good four wheeler so you dont kill your self". I said well how about I pay for it? he says ok your money. So I traded my crf150 for the 200x put a couple $$ into it and had it runing. needless to say my dad rides it as much as I do LOL

#1 you gota be the best kid you have ever met (homewrk done, extra chores, being nice to siblings)
#2 maybe you could keep the 4whlr so you have something your dad sees as safe for you to ride? then the 3whlrs would be a father son resto project & you'll be bonding & makin memeries you'll have the rest of your life
#3 they will always be wrth what ya pd so after you get them restored you could make $
#4 find some really safe sounding posts on here where ppl are talkin bout wearin helmets & have your dad read them
#5 3whlrs are just as dangerous as guns (don't use that if your dad don't like guns)
#6 say all the other kids at school are drinkin & doin drugs & ya dont want to hang with kids like that the 3whlrs will keep you out of trouble
good luck show some pics when ya get them

Did you pick those trikes up? Get them why you can. Have you dad PM me about their value. I can convince him. Plus they are 90's. If you ride them properly and with a helmet, you should not get hurt too bad. take into consideration that nothing is safe. People die taking a dump. Ask Elvis!!!
