WOW!! Incredible work so far. Those trips look amazingly close to something the oem would turn out. Your detail in them is 1st class. I hope someone chooses to use rear fenders off of something other than a 450R however. Your built warrants something different to set apart from the plain and overly used Honda stuff.

I'd like to see your radiators installed and your turning radius. Curious if your triples might hit your rads. Looking awesome so far.

Thanks for the positive comments! Unfortunately I plan to use all Honda plastic's on this build. My plan is to have this trike look as factory made as possible. I'd like to have the advantage of replacing any part that is needed with an up to date factory Honda part. Of course I wont have that option with the triples or a few various bushings. I do also plan to use a ATC250R front fender. I looked into the radiator ordeal and I feel there should be no issues with the triples hitting them. I am however waiting till almost the end to set my steering stops on the bottom triple. This way I can allow the most turning radius possible without rubbing on any other parts of the trike. The triples are almost identical to the factory CRF triples both looks and dimension wise. The only real difference is the wider center to center dimension to accommodate the trike front tire width. They include the Honda emblem in the center and also the tapered holes for the rubber anti-vibe bushings for the handlebar mounts.

I just wanted to post a couple more pictures of this build. Its been a few months without any updates. I just recently acquired a very low hour engine out of a 2006 CRF450X dirt bike for my power plant. This is exactly the engine I was hoping to land. The electric start will be very nice along with the gearing which should be a benefit to trail riding with 3 wheeled beast. My next step will be attaching the sub frame and machining my my custom front disk to fit on the 350X hub. I believe this will be the most time consuming step to the whole project.

I haven't had any updates in quite some time! I have had minimal amounts of spare time and lack of motivation. However I have been working to get my subframe mounted up this week. This should be my last major hurdle. I will post some update pics soon. I'm really excited to fire up this 06 450X powerplant!
