That is one awesome trike!!!! I wouldn't mind to do that to mine, but the wife would probably hurt me. I feel right at home on my 450r, or at least in the air. But you're right, it doesn't like to turn. It's great if you're in loose dirt or sand, but on hard ground and on my track if you turn too fast it hooks up hard and tries to barrelroll! I can tell it's heavier than the 250r in the air, but not awkward. Between the two, the trike is much more enjoyable. Feels more like a bike in the air.
Nice build! Are the stock 450 shocks for sale?
awful nice work. makes me wish i was better at finishing projects.

What neck are you using, what forks and valving with what springs? Who made your triples? Looks like your ride height is rather high, or is that just the picture? Looks great, alot more modern than your other hybrids. With as many 450s as there are being converted now we need to all have a 450 ride sometime just to meet up and see how each of us have done it and maybe ride each others if everyone is okay with that.

I'm not really attracted to the quad conversions, but this one looks pretty good Tim, I like it.

Neck - or steering tube is 250R - the rest of the frame is custom built. Forks are stock CR125 - they don't feel too bad - perfect for trails - but I think I will have to get them re-worked for MX. they are STOUT! triples were made by my cousin - The Snake. The ride height is identical to my last one - it does look high in the picture. What neck are you using, what forks and valving with what springs? Who made your triples? Looks like your ride height is rather high, or is that just the picture?
