I have one on my 1985 200x and I have one on my 1986 250r. It is a cast part with the the ends machined for the fork tubes, but they would be easy to remake. I'm curious to see what it goes for, I just bought the one for my 250r for $75 shipped and bought the one for my 200x NOS for $100.

Yeah I hear ya on the price thing, I paid a decent price for the one I got on my 350x. I wouldn't. Have paid that price for it, but I was out bid on another one withe a few seconds to go, wasn't letting it get away from me again lol.

I feel stupid asking this, but what good do these fork braces do for you? Do they just stop the forks from going down any lower, do they mount under the front fender or do they mount above the upper triplle tree? Anyone have any pictures they wanna post?..

If you were to use billet 6061 aluminum it would be a HUGE and long/wide block. I bet the material alone would be near 75$ alone. They curve up so allot of material is milled away............

Sorry to bring up an old thread , but at this point cost isnt a factor

My buddy owns a huge tool and die company, and we will be making a few of these.

But id like to have one on hand, so if there are any out there willing to sell or let us borrow one for a week, please please let me know

I personally want them for 350x, but if i can get one with shims, nos, i can do those as well

    Thanks
