Going to the NJ. Supercross race this next weekend at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J.. It's been over 30 years since I have been to a live race, but I have been invited to attend, so it should be fun!
I'll be bringing my old Team Honda 200x to put in the display for the http://www.legendsandheroestour.org/#!contact/c24vq area , hope to see all you 3 wheel races there!
3 wheeling is alive and well !!!!!!!!!! Cory and me had a great time, couldn't of did it with out his help!
While 3 wheelers have been banned for years, I can tell you that there are 1000's of 3 wheel fans still out there, just in the NJ./Ny area! I did't ever think that I would spend over 5 hours talking to what seemed to be 1000's of 3 wheel lovers! I seen so many pics of mint 250r's, 350 and 200x's I couldn't believe it. I didn't talk to everyone because the crowd was so big at the legends and heroes pit area but the 200x was one of, if not the biggest draw from what I saw.
I had 100 small posters printed off before I left and I told my wife that would last me the rest of the year for all the events I'm going to, well I was wrong. I signed well over 100 autographs of all kinds of stuff including someones $900 phone Crory said. lol
The racing was great, I gat home at 4:00 am and turned on the TV and the races was on, I made it until the 250 main before I fell asleep. Best time ever!
And a big thanks to the owner of the 200x (you know who you are) for letting me use it for display.

There was just a race in NY that had 12 200x's I think it was. The 200 class is the one growing faster then all of the classes out there.
Was it at Paradise Speedway. We had 12 trikes in the 200 class on 8/20. 10 200x 1 83 atc 200 and 1 83 200r.

There was talk at the races of a 200 class at Pinelake.I think alot of guys are finding out that they dont need a 250r to race.I dont have alot of money into my 200x or 200r racers.

There should have been 3 heats of 200x's at Pine Lake this year, but they didn't have a class for them, they made a new class for 200r's that the 200x can't run with, so they made this new pro lights class that you could run a 350x with a .080 over in it, but you could only bore the 200x .040 over. It just killed the 200x class, the only other class they could run in is the vintage class against 250r's too. That's the only race this year and last that the 200x class didn't grow.
The series we have at Paradise usually has as many trikes in the 200 class as the open class.I race in both usualy with two different trikes.Last race I ran the 200r in both. The race before that I ran my 200x.

By strong i mean i wish there were more options for for motors besides sleeved down 250 motors and super big bore and stroked 125 motors . yes the 200 class is strong but all the same old machines .respectfully saying
A trike I would like to build is a 250r framed 200 blaster powered machine.Alan Pack a fellow racer has a kdx 200 tecate..Yamaha also made a 200cc liquid bike but not in the US.There are other options out there.
