What he's saying is even if you do register in NJ, there's nowhere that's legal to ride. So either way, whether registered or not, you get a ticket if you get caught riding.

We need to do a pawtuckaway ride this year too. Its a whole different experience.. as long as they keep the snow in NH this week..
I was out doing donuts on the 200x. boy is that trike slow...... lol. Next ill get the R back to snuff.
