Paul, The rear axle is 1” shaft and jackshaft is ¾”. These can be made fairly easily if you can find a shop to cut the keyways. The original rear meats are 16x14.50-6… these are next to impossible to find and the closest modern replacement I’ve found is the Carlisle AT 21x11-8. This tire is around 2-3” taller and 2-3” narrower than original, but looks better than other options I’ve seen. You would still need wheels and hubs. There are a lot options for these at ATV and go-kart supply houses. The biggest challenge may be the seat. You may have to try and mold something out of fiberglass. Maybe you can find a donor cart with some of these parts. So does this trike have an engine or drivetrain? Good Luck.

The engine frame (22), isolators (23) and plate (24) from 1st image, plus angle brackets (10) from 2nd image are the main components for mounting the engine to the body. PM me if you need more details.
