fork seals are in the mail , but i just realized upon further inspection that the bushings are TOAST , i can grab the bottom of the fork (where the axle bolts on) and wiggle it back and forth by hand .
is there anywhere i can buy these bushings , or what sort of material can i make them from , i was thinking about Teflon or delrin . EDIT: if anyone has the dimensions for the bushings that would be great as well/

You many be just messing some ball bearings of the lower bearing assembly. I'd suggest spending the money and converting to a roller bearing assembly. Just my .02

I think he's talking about the fork tube teflon coated bushings.
The way they work (up and down), you couldn't use delrin or nylon and they are super thin anyhow. May be just 1or 2MM wall thickness.
They are 33MM ID, that I can tell you. You may be able to cut something down in a lathe if yours are discontinued......
Without the bushings, the seals will leak again.

i am talking about the bushings , im a 2nd year machining student and have access to a large machine shop as well as a variety of materials , what would you guys recommend for material ? i don't do much aggressive riding mostly just trails , but i would like to have this done this coming week as im pretty eager to ride . if you can get them from honda does anyone know the part number ? or if one from another similar bike would work ?

Because of how it works and the thickness, I'd use Oil Impregnated Bronze (might be 641). 660 is tougher but may not be smooth acting, I'm sure thats why the stock bushings are coated.
Find another Make/ Manufacturer of 33MM upper tubes and you may find something you can work with.......

Why don't you order parts nine and ten and be done?? I've had my forks apart and they aren't that hard to rebuild, just follow the book.
