Thanks web. My boy said my K0 US90 did the same thing when we first started rode it with the shifting issues. It also cleared itself up. I'll leave that alone for now. I opened up the subtrans on motor number one and some teeth fell out. Motor number two ran good, shifts OK and the hi-lo works...but there is a broken case bolt and it leaks oils from various locations. I swapped out the sub trans parts into motor number one only to find out the case is cracked from a chain being thrown at some point in time. So it's off to eBay for a gasket set to make two into one.
