Anyone Else Bench Run a Motor?

Thanks web. My boy said my K0 US90 did the same thing when we first started rode it with the shifting issues. It also cleared itself up. I'll leave that alone for now. I opened up the subtrans on motor number one and some teeth fell out. Motor number two ran good, shifts OK and the hi-lo works...but there is a broken case bolt and it leaks oils from various locations. I swapped out the sub trans parts into motor number one only to find out the case is cracked from a chain being thrown at some point in time. So it's off to eBay for a gasket set to make two into one.

anyone ever make a stand to hold the motor, i would like to make something so it holds the motor pics and info would be great

I dont know if anyone has said it maybe they have, but if they havnt already, for the shifting problem your having, u might have to check the shifting forks inside thats the problem with you having to shift a few times for it to catch gears, thats whats wrong with my sons 70 right now, Shifting in insanely hard to shift and it pops out of gears at times.

once you get the harness or partial harness with the the cdi attached, then you can jsut spray carb cleaner into the intake w/o a carb and it will run off carb cleaner. you can spray cleaner down the intake to keep it running too.
