The little green seal is actually a valve seal..
Flip the head over and look closely under the springs..you may be able to glimpse where they go..you would need a spring compressor to remove and replace it. But if you didn't do a valve job you don't really need it.
Hopefully the seals that are in there aren't old and worn..if so it will puff a bit of blue on startup but then go away after a couple minutes. It won't effect compression or engine performance..
If you are concerned about them, go rent a compressor and replace them while the head is off.
