For now stuck at waiting my command of powder ... all my piece rdy to be coated.. caliper handlebar front rim rear master cylinder some other piece too. Front and rear fender are in the mail.. like front slider from 3ww shop. i have to find out light switch off a banshee/blaster or warrior .. mine is crappy and the half of the kill switch button is missing.. I bought some 400 ex hub i hope they will fit right my shaft, if this part good ill buy some New itp 400ex itp rims.. But still not sure if I should buy some 8 '' or 9''..... !?!?!

I bring my old tri-z shock and my 01 raptor shock to a pro suspension friend..the 01 raptor was a real pain to fit on my z, i got it in place once and i had hard time so i Asked my friend about doing something same lenght with what i got. I really wanted to keep my raptor spring cause i coated it earlier.. Then he found in is old stock a tri-z casing (I was like ? wow nice find !) Mine was not reusable.. so It ended with all new anti-friction shock head, all new seals ! with His tri-z casing + the raptor stem with the (rebound adjustement) and a 1'' shim to get my orignal lenght of 13''1/2 ,, the raptor shock was 14''1/2 here a pic

So for now waiting on my Banshee light switch to finish off electrical part ( oh my rear del light is placed too some pic inc!) then red front fork boot, Black seat cover , new handlebar, Airbox cover and radiator shroud off DC plastic Incoming too... Ill keep ya updated as sooon i have New Stuff !

Ok I finally been able to stop my head leaking prestone by the front Stud !!!!!!!! after many try ! .. I Got the phase 2 mod of my cylinder but the guys that did my job was a damn baddies... so i got my cylinder at a reputed shop to redo the job right. so i had a 0.008'' on the cylinder and a 0.007'' on the head to cut off o.O + my bore was not a perfect circle.... so he bored 0.001'' to get it right.. i now have 0.004'' clearance around piston so its perfect! But with the total of 0.015'' off the head i had a problem with my Piston to head clearance.. so i been in every car part seller to finally found out some thicker gasket sheet around (0.008'' more then stock gasket) so did my squish test and got a 0.033'' and a compression off 185 lbs.. Probably he will detonate... but ill simply buy some octane to mix with my gaz , this should solve it.

Trike will be rdy soon !! ill get my front kenda tire and rear holeshot with brand new rear Itp t9 rims this monday.. should get my new shroud, airbox cover, seat cover, air filter, banshee light switch this week too.. ill only wait after a b.o Piece in my front suspension..(planned on the 23.. hope it will not retard) then some sticker on my new fender and the Z will be rdy for the road test! :P

have an experienced guy comming home tomorow to help me set up the carb tight. ill update ya ... .funny thing is that i have no idea how it go... never drived it and the last 3 wheeler i had was a200x so i hope it will be a blast!
