Coming to the end of my first 200X build (with pics)

Not quite finished, some tuning to be done and some decals to round it out, but I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. This was a lot of fun!

You did a great job!! whats that you have on your front downtube and also going into your right crankcase? also I am having a little trouble getting my rear brakes bled and working right did you use a special tool? If not what sequence did you use, I had no problem with the front but doing the same thing with the back isn't working, hopw mine looks that good when I get the new fenders and seat on it

Thanks guys! JJMF: that's an oil cooler line. If you look closely, because of the angle of the pic, the radiator is mounted just above. As for the brake, you may be having the same problem that I had with the front. Turns out, after cleaning and rebuild, my front caliper was too pitted to hold a proper seal. Just scrapped it for another.

Absolutely GORGEOUS work Qdude. Great to see the attention to detail these girls deserve!!! Thanx for sharing! JJMF he has a oil cooler,,for bleeding, you start with the 12mm bolt @ the rear master,,bleed there,,then the 12 mm on the caliper,,bleed there. THEN and only then,,bleed at the 8mm bleeder screw.

Hey qdude that is a cool addition is it really needed though? Is your engine all done up or something? might talk to you about that more soon as I will be beginning a new 200x build now that I am done with my practice build lol and I plan on doing the engine up right, also where did you find the tool box I haven't been able to locate one yet

Engine is mild. .20 bore, Wiseco 10.25 piston. Piped and jetted. Is it necessary? Probably not, but I do live where it gets hotter than 110 at times and do desert riding. Truth be told, it came with the motor when I got the bike so I decided to utilize it. Can hurt, right?
