Project Childhood Fun Almost finished just need Decals!

Well after watching all of these other projects on the forum I decided why not start my own. My first 3 wheeler I grew up riding was a couple of 77 ATC 90's. Well 90's are starting to become far and between I picked up 2 1974 90's. I have some nice plans for the one I am restoring. But it's all a matter of money and time. And as of right now I'm doing paint and getting it looking good. And when winter rolls around I'm doing the motor. I have been buying goodies here and there for this project from the forum members. And I have to say it this thing will be pretty awesome I will be posting pics when I receive my parts and keeping you guys updated. Here are a couple pics. One is what it looked like before I began. The other 2 are what I did today tore it all down and pushed it to the car wash up the street to degrease it. I'm on shift work so I work on it when I can. Next thing is Painting the frame!!Click image for larger version.

very cool man! And that seat is pretty sweet, totally retro! sounds like youre really working on doing this build up right. My only suggestion is to powdercoat and not paint anything, paint is not a great option for anything that wont be sitting somewhere on a shelf lol otherwise great start! cant wait to see this thing after wards, I love the title btw

Great thread , missed this one some how !
You do know you will have to bore your 90 cases to accept the 110 cylinder and use the 110 cylinder studs .
Also were did you find that seat ? Awesome !!!!!!
If you need hop up 90/110 parts let me know .

If your using a stock 105cc atc110 cylinder you will have to bore your cases and yes the cylinder is 3/8" longer than a 90 cylinder so you need the 110 longer cylinder studs .
90/110 motors look the same but are very different when it comes to the crank and cylinder .
