Trike circus 2013 at Bundy Hill Mi.

Time to get the word out for Trike Circus 2013! The date is set for June 1st! Everything went smooth last year so I don't plan on changing anything unless any of you have suggestions. I'm gonna try and get T shirts this year and have them for sale. We will have a nice pot luck lunch and ask for everyone to pitch in for the feast. We will have the hill climb and drag races and will be adding a ladies drag class! Lets hear some comments and suggestions! Let the planning begin.....

I will be there Rich, I'm going to try and make it in March to help out with the clean up as well. What weekend was that going to be held on?

Thanks for reminding me tapper! I started a new thread for that day, but I will tell you all here also. Bundy hill has a day set for March 9th, one week before they open for the season to have a work party to get the park ready for their opening. I have volunteered myself and told them I would invite you all along to help them out. Attendance this day is by all means NOT mandatory but goes along way in our relationship with Bundy Hill. Remember Bundy Hill hosts our Trike Circus event and even cuts us a healthy discount for that day! Thanks in advance Rich!

Thanks for the headsup Rich. I've got June 1 on the calendar, as well as the cleanup day on March 9. Can you post in the other thread what they will need help with on cleanup day? In other words, should we be ready to pick up trash, move dirt around, clear trails, etc. That will help us show up prepared.

Hey guys and gals! Time to start planning on who is bringing what to pull this event off! I have got the event trophies covered and I will bring the ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper!! What are you gonna bring to the party? Oh yea don't forget to bring something for the raffle table!!!

Also I talked to Debbie and Mike the owners of Bundy Hill and even though they have raised their rates to $20 this year if you tell them when you are checking in that you are there for our event it will only cost $10!!!! Also as a donation to the raffle they have offered a 5 punch free pass to the park! Be sure to thank them for their generosity when you check in!

Well we bring buns + a grill or 2 then ! Table too. Got our gift table prize picked out too

I will have 25 C.O.A.'s available also for those that may want to get in on the 2013 TrikeFest (shhh~raffle trike).
