Not sure what I can contribute here as someone else did the actual work. I can get you detailed pics if needed. To be honest I've never installed these again since 2013.....wow, where did the time go? You will need to find an axle that will need to be modified slightly if I remember correctly. PM if you would rather go that route.

Please share the pics on here so others can get some ideas too. Curious how you designed the stabilizer bars.
I was under the impression on some other builds that you could adapt a set of stock hubs and not modify the axle. That is the route I was hoping to take, yet I have extra 70 axles....
very cool, I missed out on one local hear with tracks a few years ago.
I managed to dig the kit out and get a few more pics of the setup. There's one extra 1/4" hole drilled which drives the sprocket and a collar that threads onto the original stub that goes into the outer steady bearing. As for the stabilizers I never did get around to making them but gathered all the parts up. My thought was to bolt a plate between the frame and grab handle (both sides) with a threaded stub on it and put a threaded stub on the rear of the track at the idler shaft. Then I was going to make my own shock with equal sized springs inside light metal tubing and use two of those small tie rod things with the threads on one end a rotating ball with hole on the other. I included a concept drawing. The idea being the tracks can travel maybe 4" up or down.
For the record the complete setup is for sale as we speak. You pay what I paid ($200.00 US) plus you get the fenders and cover plates. Shipping is on your dime also. PM me if interested.
