    My New Aluminum BIG WHEEL!

    gotta tell ya my impulse buy today... is pretty badass!!!!All alum. all hand made ... 6.5 hp split axle.. double piston hydro brakes.. you can mash the brakes and punch it and smoke the tire!! After a few hours of tinkerin with it removing the Governor riggin up a throttle mount... it ripps!

    I think ill send the whole bike to G King!

    more to come... we were having too much fun to take vid,...

    Up the danger factor, swap out that clutch for a Torq-a-verter. You get instant hook-up from just off idle.

    thing looks like a blast!! you guys probably look awsome ripping around on it! hahaha. the neck weld is alittle creepy!! Especially with GROWN men tearing it up!! Stud it up this winter Raffa??

    its pretty solid ... I will add more to the eventually just to clean that area up,,, probably a battery and some lights and put in the triangle area.. enclose it with some polished alum skins.. first step is to mount a cooler to the right side! unless I make a locker for the axle it would be useless...... now a right handed oval it might be a lethal weapon..

    you can literately mash the duel piston caliper.. punch it and spin like a top going to the right.. it has so much power it pulls to the right...

    That is so cool!! Careful revving that motor out. If you removed the governor, that flywheel will Shatter into pieces, and the rod will go straight through the block. I know these honda clones way too well. You might want to put a billet flywheel on it. Parts for these motors are cheap.

    Ya man. ARCracing.com. Check out oldminibikes.com too. Great forum with a ton of info on modding those motors. You can get 20hp out of those motors. even more.
