There is a write up on the 225 here on 3ww.

OZQUAD, i'll have to get back to you on the handling. That front tire was for mock up only. Does not work well at all. I can tell you this, the geometry is exactly where it needs to be using all Yamaha parts. It does have a stock YFZ subframe, using brackets I designed to bolt it to the factory WR frame. It also uses factory YFZ shock, linkage, swinger (narrowed slightly), rear axle, carrier, brakes, air box, air intake, air filter, etc. Every single piece from the frame back is OEM Yamaha parts. In fact, everything on the bike is OEM Yamaha with the exception of my small parts and the muffler. The muffler is an aftermarket YFZ unit.

I will be racing it on Independence day. I should have a better feel for everything after that. I will update the thread with results.

Yes, I want some close ups of the swinger mounts and an explanation of your rake if the neck was altered.

Excellent build!! I can't keep up with the ingenuity you guys have!

The TPC's must have a jig to get a neck aligned dead nuts....

Races went good. Handled well and ran strong. I snuck out the holeshot in the first moto. Somehow I ran out of gas on the gate in the second moto.

Thanks for the extra pictures, awesome conversion. I can't get over how professional it all looks and I think being all Yamaha makes it.

I would love to have a go a doing one of these conversions

    Looks great and very familiar.

Would you mind messaging me the deminsions on the tripple clamps? I'm thinking about building another and need to get some specs ready for the local machine tool class to cut me some tripple clamps.

Possibly attending Ashtabula. If everything goes good at work.

    Contact Jason Hall for triples.

Not much time to take pictures. I'll work on that.

So just providing an update. I have had a chance to spend some good seat time on this bike now.

This is by far the best trike I've ridden to date. Now granted I built it, so I'm probably biased BUT... It does absolutely everything well! Soooo comfortable to ride. If it just had E-Start..lol
