Stuck on my full set of Maier fighting red fenders tonite

They fit good everywhere. Im not sure if I need the inner rear fender brace or not any one have a opinion? They dont match my 4 gallon IMS tank but they do match the original tank good. Stopped at my sign shop today and had some more ATC330R decals made and had the pro-link done in individual letters in metallic blue vinyl with white and black outline. Blue is pretty close to my hubs and anodized parts. I keep telling my wife its almost done LOL!

I didnt trim anything. The ESR pipe fits alot different than a PSI or FMF though and is close to touching.

With any Maier fenders I installed, made a rear fender brace. It keeps them from flopping around.Haven't done any 250R ones.Don't think it will take much to modify the original brace. If you don't add one they may sag in the future. What I like is how they look now with the shiney finish. You know can have a very nice looking rider.Everybody that hated them years ago love them now.

Im not 100% sure on how I should drill them for the mounting tabs yet. Hope someone has a picture. The one supplied isnt much to go off of.

I'm not sure what the 250r brace looks like, but the 86/87 200x one is a 1/4" wire, basically. All I did was buy a rubber stopper to put on each end of the brace to keep it from scratching the fender. I had no interest in drilling holes in the fender itself. It still keeps the fenders from sagging that way.

I thought the pic that came with my fenders was sad. I did not use the brace and they flop around a lot!!!
