Oswego NY test ride report!

Guys, I am going to put this out there now so in case things don't play out well it won't come as a last minute surprise.

Currently I am awaiting the parts to rebuild the rear axle in my old K-10. I need this truck up and running to make the ride as I plan to bring my camper and obviously also the other flatbed trailer with 4 machines. My parts are due to arrive thursday and then the fun of learning how to properly set up a gm 12 bolt commences.

Once that is done, I need to diagnose and repair an issue with my 250r. I'm 95% sure I just broke a reed petal and that should be a quick fix.

I am still awaiting the 41.2mm PWK carb for my 350r from ESR. So that trike sits in my garage with no carb. Once it arrives, install is quick and hopefully just a minor jetting adjustment will make her screech again.

Other than that, the wife's 350x is planning on attending and has naught but a minor electrical issue involving the lights. Either way, still rideable in daytime at least.

And of course, I'll be bringing the trusty old 400ex I took so much flack for last year!! LOL! Just kidding guys But I do plan to bring it as an extra for myself or whoever if needed.

I very much want and plan to attend. My brother in law (Beadle) has spoken for the 1 extra adult size bunk in our camper.

Hopefully I can get through these projects efficiently enough to make the party. I have really been looking forward to getting together with you all and am long over due for a visit with Mikey.

There have been many things trying to get in the way of me going to Oswego but I've laid waste to them the same way I do to hondas! Looks like me and 1 more confirmed 2 more maybe me plus three is a possibility! I don't know who's leading the different groups mik but all the guys coming with me are gonna be guys who want to do some serious miles. Should be rolling in early afternoon on Friday. You want me to pitch a tent at the house or are we camping at the sand pit behind the pole barn?

Guys I hate to say this, but I don't think we will be able to make it.

Was working on my truck axle yesterday and although I could not visually find a problem, my gearset was also ruined. I just ordered the new gear set and they should arrive sometime next week.

Here is where the problem arises: Along with getting my truck back together I have some matters to tend to with family next weekend. I am hoping to get the axle together and ready to hang in the truck friday. But being this is my first time setting up a rear end, I have to expect it will take more than just a day. I am just out of time and have gotten one too many kicks to the groin with my stuff lately.

I am holding out hope that we can make it... My brother has loaned me his truck till I get mine back up and running because we need 2 vehicles. I'm just trying to get his truck back to him ASAP.

I'm not saying it's 100% we cannot make it... Will try my best.

Surprisingly, this is the 3rd good size ride I've gone on and my shoulder actually feels better after a long tip.

Spent the night cleaning the shop, trikes are still loaded

I had so much fun this weeke d, im glad I got to see all my friends from last year, especially the Massholes I am hoping that there will be a fall ride before hunting season starts because a ton of people said they wished they made it and would like to come on a ride up there.

I believe 3.0. I crashed at 1.0 and Diane was in the hospital for 2.0 so I didn't make it.
