    Single rad ran horizontal infront of the down tube, right under the steering neck, so the tank will not interfer with it then

    Cool project. I have been contemplating this type of build but with an aircooled 250r motor. I was also talking to a co-worker about putting dirtbike forks and swingarm on one of my spare 250r frames and racing the vintage mx class.

    Work on the new foot pegs / rear sets. Pegs are Suzuki Hayabusa. They have a nice rubberized mounting system sorta like the cushions on a rear sprocket hub.
