    Post 87 200x Dash keypads

Here it is, the long awaited 200x keypads!trailpro Moulded from a very nice used pad, these have excellent fit and finish, and a great alternative to trying to find a decent OEM one..and at about half the cost, ther'ye a good bargain too.trailpro If you're putting these on a 250, 350x, etc, then you'll need the proper handlebar clamps and mouting hardware, as well as key switch (the 200m/e/es switch fits perfect as well, and are more readily available, they just have an extra 2 wires for the battery, which can be removed)trailpro Free shipping to the CONUS, AK, HI and Canada.trailpro All other please contact me before purchasing for a quote.trailpro The screw plugs are also available.

I got one of these at trikefest. Very nice part. Who has tried different switches? I took a chance and bought an off brand for a 300 fourtrax. This does not work. Who else has tried a different models that work?

I have 1 too. Very nice part indeed. I have what I believe is a 300ex key switch and it fits perfect, has just the 2 wires needed too as I recall. I'll check tomorrow to be sure.

Sorry I forgot about this yesterday, but checked it out today. Can't confirm 100% that the switch I have is a 300ex but I am 95% sure and it fits the dash perfect. It is also a 2 wire setup not a 4 wire one. Mine looks just like the one in this ad:

1 black wire, 1 red. Wires are shorter than the 87 200x switch but that isn't a big deal IMO. From what I've seen on ebay, 1993 - 2006 300ex are the same. 2007 - to present are different at least at the connection.
