    Mint 250R....No more....

    Was riding with my cousin last night and this happened:

    It was cold out (In the mid 30's) and my plastics were already briddle from being so old. My cousin and I were stopped, and we were pushing on each other a little (I was using my front bumper on his front tire) and then he decided to turn and his front rack caught under the fender and just poped it right off. The sad thing is there not even enough left to "race" cut it. The Mount is right at the on the place where it broke off. So I guess I'm shopping for new plastics now :evil: :evil:

    It isn't to bad, I've seen worse. It looks to me like you could trim that side on down and do the same to the other side and it would work out ok.But I dunno. It still sucks though.

    Just cut the other side to match and sell them to some motocross yuppy pansie who doesnt ride in the mud, as "custom race cut", and youll probably get enough to buy a new set!

    I was meaning to do that on my 350X, and then I got stupid and rolled the dam thing 18 times when I lost it off a straight up and down hill. But thank God for the famous Honda ejection seat, the fenders and seat blew off of it after a roll or two, and only lost a little chip out of them, I think I am still going to get me some of those new maier shiny fenders. Do they even make the non shiny original maier fenders now? If you went to order them do they automatically give you the shiny onesk, or do you have to specify it?

    350Xrider ..... they only make the new glossy fenders for certain makes as of right now - I think only 400EX's, TRX-R's and banshees

    I thought I saw a set for a 350X on ebay that was shiny, but i could be wrong. I would like to have some of the shiny fenders.

    They make more shinny fenders, i've seen some on ebay for the 185s that are the new shinny kind.
