tri Z transplant?

My mates looking for a bit of advice.if anyone can help that would be awesome.he has jst aquired his 2nd tri z quad,its a rolling chassis with everything on it except the engine. he has now had a brain fart about putting in a 600cc road bike engine.has anybody done this before or transplanted any other kinds or sizes of engines into them?
