I just looked at Bundy Hill's website, and it says 3-wheeled vehicles are not allowed due to insurance exclusions. Any word on this?

Their website is confusing.
If I look at the FAQ page, rule #14 states: "At this time 3 wheeled ATVs are prohibited without proof of insurance covering driver and vehicle. To me this means if I have my own insurance, I can ride."
The main front page of the website says "Please be advised, that 3 Wheeled ATV's are not allowed in the part at this time, DUE TO AN INSURANCE POLICY EXCLUSION".
So I am confused. It is clear that their own insurance won't cover 3-wheelers, but rule 14 just says I need my own.
I'll try to call them later for clarification and post the results...

I have been unable to contact the owner to get the story from her, but I have heard that if you carry your own liability insurance for your 3 wheeler then you are permitted to ride 3 wheelers there. But I am not sure if this is true.
