Drag bars for me. Easy to steer crossed up through intersections. Those bikes love to drift.

So i started to take the exhaust off to swap it out and broke 2 of the bolts trying to take them out. Anyone have any luck with using parrifin wax and heat? If nothing else I'll have my buddy bring over his welder to weld a nut on it to try and get them out. There is about an 1/8th to a 1/4 inch of bolt sticking out and i sprayed them with PB blaster several time before i tried to take them out.

Welding a nut is the fastest method for me, as it provides heat as well.

You have something to weld to right now, don't break that off trying to use heat and vise grips. Weld the nut, it gets red hot, and have your wrench ready to turn it right out of there.

And p.s., there are only certain types of penetrant that will positively affect the seizure of steel studs in an aluminum head. I don't think PB is one of them. Maybe el has more info on that, maybe I am misinformed.

I was gonna heat it and use the wax to lube the threads. I guess the heat draws the wax in. Then I was gonna cut a slot in it for my impact screwdriver and see if that would do it. I never thought about PB not working with aluminum. Everyone always talks so good about PB and thats what I had handy so thats what i used. I always use some type of anti-seize on steel threads in aluminum when I put stuff back together for this very reason.. lol

His local Rascal dealer may have some extra bumber stickers that say that.

Speaking of 3 wheels, I just picked up another 5 3 wheelers and a four wheeler. A ytm200, an atc 185 and 200. An atc 100 mostly in pieces and what I believe to be an 85 klt160 kawasaki. The 4 wheeler is a trx125. All for 500 bucks plus rebuilding the engine on his son's 110. So that's why I haven't fixed the seat or ordered the handle bars lol
