Greenhuman, I have a set of aussieduner shrouds thst I believe were made from a set of nos. These are plastic and look to fit perfect. The right side suffered damage while in transit,but I was able to glue it back together. For molding purposes could uou use these?
You can see where the right shroud has been glued back together.

those aussieduner shrouds look very well made
They look nice, but how does it crack in transit like that? Also making a mold from a molded part is not going to work out so well.
Vacuum formed parts tend to loose the original more defined edges in the process but thanks for the offer.
