    1986 Honda 350X

    Hello all,

I just picked this 1986 Honda 350X in a trade deal yesterday. The bike is all original but will need a good freshen up. I ordered a new spark plug, air filter and will give it an oil/filter change when the parts come in.

I'm looking for an extra set of rear rims that are in great shape. If anyone has an extra set of 1986 rims, please let me know. I'm looking for the original Ohstu's and was able to find one NOS, but need another matching one. I also need to replace the front tire and would like to find an OEM replacement as well.

Here are some pictures of it:

The exhaust needs to be restored so my plans are to clean that up with a wire brush (on a drill) and spray it with some VHT high temp paint.

Thank you for your honesty glamy. To answer your questions, there was no asking price as this was a strait up trade. If you really want to know what I traded then I'll tell you.. I had some older outdoor power equipment that was sitting in my garage, and had no use for. I got the equipment for free and put about $650.00 into what I had, so in my opinion, I got a pretty damn good deal!

And I NEVER EVER use armorall on anything that I own. I use Zaino brothers products and yes I'm going to shine the bike up, and tires when I'm finished with it.
