Pushing down I assume. 20 ton press but was having trouble getting everything straight in the press. any ideas to make this easier.

They are an extremely tight fit. I keep 2 pieces of 1" steel just under the edges of the stem and it takes allot force, but they will come out and a little heat on the aluminum helps.....

they are REAL TIGHT!!! I USE A PIECE OF PIPE ,, then heat the aluminum up fast and go quick... I have ruined a couple because they are in there so tight... and YES OUT THE BOTTOM,,,,
