1984 200m it does not run, kid said it ran a week ago. He was asking $ 300. He just put new tires on it and the plastics look like they are zip tied together. I was looking to buy it fix it and then sell it. What do you guys think i already talked him down to $160. If i fix it to running condition how much would it be worth? -thanks
