My rebuilt step by step of 1984 atc 200ES

Last summer I start to tear down the Big Red my father buy when I was 8 year old. This summer I want to make a good rebuild of the first engin I drive. For the next week I will clean the carburator and petcock I want to try the pinesol solution. I need to change every wheel bearing/seal and brake. I will change head gasket because I have some oil leak but I don't want to open the motor and the gearbox. I repair some connector on wire and I try the electric starter it run like brand new! I need new battery, tires, tube and fresh paint. The frame need some love the brake bracket need to by solder and need 2 new strengthen on the frame. It will be solder sand blast and paint new month. Some pic of the 15 years stock in garage disaster.

It's getting there, only need to paint the front tire now! But I have a 200e front end and need to figure out how to put the front brake on? As it's a bit different to the 200es.

The trike is used on my parents vineyard instead of walking, so it's only clay! But the trike doesn't get thrashed as I have trail bikes to do that, I have gone a bit silly on the resto but might as well do it properly the first time.
