    What's going on with the seat, Mr. OD? has anyone(ANYONE) offered up a black seat cover? Also I was wondering about the fork legs- Are they 1st gen in 2nd gen triples(did you mention this earlier & I missed it cos I was looking at the photos)?

    Nice. I even seen the backfire from the header reflecting off the top of the swing arm pivot area ~ cool.

    Ol Duece, can you name off some of the Quad parts you used on this build please ?

    I used from this '87 200sx "QUAD" Hahaha....... 1.Engine
    2.the total complete harness
    3.the left hand control switch
    4.Left hand Brake/Reverse cables and hand lever
    5.the complete battery box
    6.The Cobra Exhaust system.....
    7. lots of the fasteners /junk of the Quad
    8. Back wheels & tires

    1a.Extras to the '86 200sx
    2b. 1984 250r rear axle
    3c.hubs from 1st gen 200x
    4d. 1st gen 200x forks
    5e. 1st gen top tree clamp

    Is that a small "pop" on deceleration?

    If the airscrew is about 1.5 turned out (and has screw/spring/washer/o-ring), your pilot jet should be AOK. Header leaks do this as well.

    My X use to do that and just a 1/4 turn out of the fuel screw took care of it....

    Just my thoughts but you get huge props for someone getting this done and it looks relatively easy. It must be your brain and the parts you had because the other guys couldn't get it done. GREAT WORK!!!!!!!
