Mr.Clean and I had a conversation about that seat He thought the material came off an "Old Couch" & I think it was part of
the back seat of a '64 Impala !!!!!

I'm kinda hoping for a black seat cover, the '83-'84 200X color scheme would look so trick.
Baltimore---Charm City, or Harm City? Ask Pat.....

This a very interesting conversion for me. I dearly love my 85 Bigred but my back don't so this conversion sounds like the best of both worlds to me.
I never did have much luck with the 83,84,85 200X motor wise for some reason but sure did like the suspension ~ perfect for me. Got along very well with the 350X's I have had over the years too ~ great stock suspension for me.
From what I been reading about the dry weight of the 200SX is 478 lbs.
    250 BigRed @ 413 lbs.
    1986 200X @ 278 lbs.
Alright Ol Deuce, looking GREAT + looking forward to more progress pics and a ride report !

I'm so glad you stepped up!!

A few brave souls have had half-heartedly attempts before and said it would be too much work involved,

I'm not afraid of some hard/creative work and neither are you it seems
