Assembly of the 86 Tiger 250 "Dr. Death tribute" started.

Love him or hate him, he did have one of the "sickest" three wheelers ever made. I was fortunate to see the legendary Tiger formerly owned by Dr. Death in person a few weeks back, and it still looks as sick as it did years ago. Picked up this project last summer, been gathering parts since. Although this frame never made it out of the Tiger factory, it will soon realize its full potential. Thanks Bill K. For the great head start.

3rd gen Tiger's look sooooo good. I can't wait to see her all finished!! Is this just a 'bolt it together because it's all brand new' build or are you having to hunt stuff down?

Appreciate the kind words. The 125 is ready for assembly, with the exception of missing fork tubes. Here's a pic of frame since powder.

It's hard to say one of your bikes are cooler than another, but the 125 is my favorite. That being said, this 86 might give it a run for it's money. Does Jemco still make the Tiger pipes?

Jemco is still making 200/250 pipes from the original jig. Pretty cool considering its almost thirty years later!
