Need Help with controls( Newbie)

I just picked up a 1984 200ES and have to find all of the controls. I have the throttle but no switches and no key or ignition switch. Help Please!!!!!! I dont know where to start.
I want to save this 2 wheeler from being destroyed.

I can make you a new ignition switch from a Chinese quad one for $30. I might have the left handle controls as well. How is the wire harness, is it chopped up at all?
