You must be itching to ride! Did the roller have what you needed to button up the front brakes as well?
Ditch the OEM front brake line for a nice braided one! You don't realize how much an old line stretches compared to a braided line! Brakes feel way better!

Well here it is Finally!
Got the forks installed off the other R! New progressive springs, seals and 20w oil. I didn't think i would at first but I actually LOVE the look of the OEM boots! It's so nice to actually sit on it now and not feel it sag to the front, then it pops right back up! I LOVE IT!!!!
Still have issues with the Front breaks. Not sure what I did bit i think its leaking air somewhere in the system but I cant figure it out for the life of me. The front breaks work, but there isn't a lot of pressure when you pull the break lever. Might be the Cylinder or the Line itself not really sure just yet. So I guess technically its not 100% done lol, but I really do love the look and feel of these forks. Can't wait to try them out next week!!

How do you like the desert seat, who did the cover. I'm thinking of putting one on mime as I'm 6'4 but am kinda holding off until the Canadian dollar gets better. Bike looks great btw
Sounds like air is still in the line or the plunger is malfunctioning. I would bleed again to ensure all the air is out. another way to tell if the plunger is bad is to take the cover off the master and squeeze the brakes. Do you see tiny bubbles coming to the surface? If so then time to rebuild it.
Also, if you haven't done so, I would invest in a mightyvac. I bought mine at autozone for 40 bucks and it paid for itself on the first brake fluid change.
I never noticed how universal some of these master cylinders are. Found a brand new one off 350x for 50bucks! Hope it works
I wound up using a perch/ms from an 85R on my 350X. Worked like a charm. Now for the rear brakes...another story altogether.
Man I just put the cheap Chinese master cylendars on my 200x and they work great. You might have to make an adapter plate for the rear put that is not to hard.
