But, if worse comes to worse, try the starting fluid method, I used that on a trailer rim...lol scary but it works! check it out on YouTube! just be careful and remember to first REMOVE THE VALVE STEM CORE! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N45KcCsBYmc
Yeah, I was thinking about the starter fluid seal, but that didn't work for me on the Odyssey. I don't much like things that explode and the funny thing is that I am an Army Veteran too.

no? worked like a charm for my trailer tire. Hmmmmm... how about finding a more powerful compressor, crank it to like 150 PSI and let her rip?

Thanks man. I've tried every which yesterday. Yup, I always remove the valve stem. I have a 25 gallon compressor too. The wheels are in my truck now, so I will get the local MX shop to do it.

you don't need much air to pop the beads. I turn my regulator down to 30 PSI when popping ATV tire beads. Make sure you lube the outter/inner lips on the wheel (I use dawn dish soap). The tires usually pop around 25.

I normally lube up the tire bead area and that usually works for me. I was thinking about the rim as well after the fact, but already loaded up the wheels in my truck.

maybe I'll just buy two tubes with metal valves as I did the same thing with my mini-buggy and it holds up fine. Tires have great tread and hate to just ditch them. Choices choices.

Sorry Jake, couldn't afford the new tires so went with some tubes I got at the local MX Shop. They got the steel valves on them too. The tubes are pretty beefy so I am not worried about it. Pics are taken at night when I finally got them all together and mounted. Will take final shots during the daylight. Going to try and get out this weekend and give it a good test ride.

I installed my new Acerbis Hand Guards today, I shortened my levers as I had to do the same thing on my KTM Dirtbike. Installed the lever sleeves and Handlebar Crossbar Pad. I love this trike, took it for a quick spin around my backyard then snapped some pics. Last thing to do is to put my Registration Decal and I am ready for the local trails this weekend. Bring it!!

Registration Decal installed and legal eagle till 2016. Loaded up the 3 Reds and headed to McCain Valley. My 7 year old sons 70cc kept getting stuck in the softer sand areas, so I put him on my wifes 90cc and he rocked it.
