Name that Tri Z pipe !??

Don't quite know what this pipe is, came with a tri z. Fits fairly good, pretty tight to the cylinder but there's clearance and has the indent for the motor mount bolt on the side of the frame (inner side of pipe). As you can see lined up next to a stock pipe the stinger is a bit longer and I took a pic of where it pops out behind the fender. Don't think its a sectional hand built but up by the top hanger mount there are a few sections. Anybody recognize it??? thanks

It looks like any old DG pipe to me.

The older DG pipes had J hooks, but after that they were coming from the factory badged as DG. It's not a Cobra either, cobra's are way fatter and also have J-hooks. Same with Phase-5. It's not PSI, or it would say PSI down it. It /looks/ like a mid-range pipe,, long and skinny. My P5 and Cobra are both way fatter. I have a mystery pipe that looks almost exactly like this one but it's not dented as much on the inside. Just looks like it was smacked with a sharp .

def not a DG, I had a brand new one and was a bit different shaped and stinger was shorter...unless they changed over the years

I've got a mystery pipe myself, to me it looks like an LRD that other members have on here. Even the silencer looks the same as other LRD silencers.

Its fatter than my Dynoport pipe, I had to remove my PRM nerf bars all together because it's too fat to use both of them together. I could prolly modify my nerfs but don't want to bend em up at home and ruin them.



I also forgot to mention the front fender hits the pipe too... anyone else have this happen?

I have a chrome version of the same pipe or it looks similar and have had a difficult time on the i.d. Someone said they thought it was a Selby ?pronounced 'sell bee' I think but I am not sure. Maybe Jemco? But like others said, I am almost certain its not any mention because I have had or do have most of those.

Nah FTZ is FTZ. Drag pipe brotha, drag pipe!!!! Phase-5, Cobra and the older DG's all have J hooks so it's hard to tell them apart. I had to go to Scott Steger himself to get the chrome one ID'd

Well look, just so I am sure of the pipe youre speaking of. The top chrome pipe that has 3 letters starting with the upside down F and 2 other letters
is the one I am speaking of. Not the bottom pipe. Is the top pipe a Selvy? Thanks

my pipe doesn't have J hooks....and Just TRi It I don't think my pipe is the same as yours....yours seems to have more separate cone sections than mine

Other than the indention being bigger it looks spot on to my mystery pipe. Probably a DG or old Flying Machine Factory piece.

Nah. The chrome is the Phase-5, the out of frame drag pipe is the FTZ, the black pipe is the unknown pipe. Smaller than the P5, longer sections as well as a different stinger/silencer joint.
