Nice score!!! Count me in for a few airboxes if you can get them remade. I never knew how rare the Calfabs actually were, good stuff!

Congratulations! Glad to see such a gem went to a good home.

Be sure to measure that carb when it comes off, it may only "look" stock. Guess there is a chance that a few interchangeable parts were picked off and replaced with stockers when it was retired, but whatever, the hard to find stuff is all there.

    VERY GOOD FIND!
But i am always amazed how something that originated (if it originated) from out here in the west ends up in the midwest, especially during the late 80"s.
If that tri has something to do with Bret Driscoll he is from El Centro Ca and now that bike resides somewhere in midwest that is amazing!!!
Again good luck on find and hold onto that cal fab as tight as you can that cal fab is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!

One look at that swingarm and it is easy to see why it is so valuable and collectible.

Yes, I agree that some one put a lot of love into that tri-z. Hopefully that owner will see it or be found to hear the back ground about it.

Now about that air box ,,,, will it be available to look at for a spell before I say yay or nay ?
