A few months ago I got a beat up big red for free. At first sit I thought it was an sx because it has a 200x front end. Long story short it had a bunch of problems. After hours of wrenching, heating, ing, grinding, painting, boring, honing, lubing, greasing, and quite a bit of sweating it is finally running good and almost ready for a ride. There is still a few cosmetic issues to work out but I think the hard part is behind me. As of now this is what work was performed:
- .10 over bore w/ nos piston & rings
- Rebuilt rear end w/ allballz bearings
- Full Cobra Exhaust
- Aftermarket filter w/o airbox
- #135 main jet on 86sx rebuilt carb
- New seat cover
- 86sx headlight with guard
- 85 350x front fender
- New front wheel bearing (Allballz)
Now some thing that it still needs:

For the most part I am very satisfied with the progress so far. Many of these forums have helped me through this process so let me thank the veteran trike addicts for the wonderful info. The tranny is shift a little rough and engages at idle while in gear. I'm guessing that adjusting the clutch should fix this. Your thoughts please.
